Exchange Policy:


What is the exchange policy?

We guarantee the quality of all our products at Safe Six. However, in the unlikely event you receive a product you are unsatisfied with, we accept exchanges of our goods that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. 

We do not issue refunds. 

Safe Six reserves the right to grant or deny exchanges depending on the circumstance of each individual situation. 

We charge a $9.00 handling fee for orders that are exchanged. This $9 covers the cost to ship out (via ground) a new item, as well as the restocking fee.  
 
Sale items and some hard goods are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Please note, our support hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM-4 PM (We are closed on the weekends). For all after hour requests, we will respond within 48-72 hrs. 

 

Exchange orders:  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@safesix.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to mail the item back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot exchange the item unless we receive your return shipment.

Once we receive a return for exchange, it will be processed in 5-10 business days.
